Tucked away in the lush, green, Hawaiian foothills of beautiful Waimea, the Waimea Honu STUDIO/COTTAGE is a unique and tranquil hideaway.

Welcome to the Waimea Honu Studio/Cottage, tucked away in beautiful Waimea, Puu Nani Estate. It is located at the top of Puu Nani Drive, with lush green mountains, cows grazing, and a cool breeze.

The Waimea Honu Studio/COTTAGE is a separate space attached to the garage. The Studio is newly renovated and has a queen sofabed on the bottom floor and a loft up the floating stairs. The loft clearance is roughly about 5 feet, 6 inches high, so be prepared to be humbled. The loft has a full-size bed, dresser, closet space, lamp, and clock for comfort.

** The Studio/Cottage is NOT for young children (no small children). It has floating stairs and a loft with open space and railings. Please see the photos in the listing.

There is a comfortable living space, a large TV, board games, and a kitchen with a microwave, two burners, a refrigerator, a Keurig coffee maker, a rice cooker, kitchen utensils, and cookware. The bathroom has a beautiful new walk-in shower, bidet, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Coolers, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella are available. Yoga mats are also available.

An outside Bar B Q grill and cooler are for your use.

The living room has an air purifier and two dehumidifiers under the stairs. Please do not move or turn off the dehumidifiers, as they help remove moisture from the air.

The Studio/Cottage space is located on the LEFT side of the garage, and its entrance is through the glass sliding door. The space extends up to the wooden fence, and the parking is on the LEFT side of the driveway, which has two chairs and an outdoor umbrella to enjoy. (Please Do Not Block the Driveway)

There may be guests in the Main house, and we appreciate the Studio/Cottage guests respecting the space given. They will not be in your space.

The Studio/Cottage is a perfect space to get some Rest and Relaxation.
Guest access
The Waimea Honu Studio/Cottage is located on the LEFT side of the garage, around the corner. The entrance is at the glass sliding doors. The lockbox keypad is on the wall to the left of the doors. Follow the Lockbox check-in instructions. There is a BarBQ grill for your use. The Left side of the garage up to the wooden fence by the entrance is for Studio/Cottage guests. The table with the umbrella and two red chairs is also for the Studio/Cottage. Please do NOT go beyond those areas listed. The Main House has access to the rest of those areas and NO access to the Studio.
Other things to note
There is an exception for an additional adult. A third adult will be charged an additional $15/night. Please message us first to confirm this is okay.

The Studio is NOT for young children. There are floating stairs and an open area in the loft. A comfortable full bed is located up the stairs in the loft, and a queen-sized sofa bed is on the bottom floor. Guests must be able to walk up the stairs. The loft is meant for sleeping with a standing clearance of about 5 feet 6 inches.

Parking is on the LEFT side of the garage or at the top of the driveway along the red fence or street. Please do NOT BLOCK THE DRIVEWAY.

There is NO washer and dryer for Studio/Cottage guests. A Laundromat is located nearby.
